Tanglad, known internationally as lemongrass, is one of the most familiar aromatic plants in the Philippines — used across kitchens, gardens, and household preparations for its sharp citrus fragrance and clean herbal character.
This oil is distilled from locally grown Cymbopogon citratus cultivated in San Isidro, Nueva Ecija. Through steam distillation, the long leaves release an aroma that is bright, green, and distinctly lemon-forward, balanced by a dry grassy undertone that keeps the scent grounded rather than sweet.
Tanglad oil is often appreciated for its freshness and clarity in aromatic blends. Its profile cuts cleanly through heavier notes while remaining recognizable on its own.
Direct, vivid, and unmistakably familiar.
